For more than two decades, I’ve worked in hospitality across hotels, national restaurant groups, and large-scale venues within major sporting and arts districts.

That range of experience refined my understanding of service. It’s not performance. It’s presence. It’s anticipating needs before they’re spoken. It’s knowing when to step forward and when to step back.

Before hospitality, I served in the United States Navy. Discipline, composure, and attention to detail were not optional. They remain foundational to how I operate today.

I’m also a husband and father of two boys. Family shapes everything. It’s why I approach private events with care and respect. When someone invites me into their celebration, I understand the responsibility that comes with it.
